Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garments are in unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
